Our 30-Day Return Policy

We uncompromisingly abide by the highest standards during the designing and the manufacturing of our tropical goods. Some of which also include quality control measures such as staff-signoffs at various stages of the production process.

If however, you are displeased with the quality or condition of the goods received, we would willingly accept returns, valid within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply mail the goods back to us in the original packaging, ensuring that the goods are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with the unremoved tags).

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of goods.

To initiate the return of goods, we would require you to follow a few simple steps, listed below:

  1. Email with your request to return the goods.
  2. A return address as well as a Return Authorisation (RA) form will be sent to you.
  3. Fill out the RA form to help us better understand where we went wrong.
  4. Attach the RA form and a copy of the invoice in the package.
  5. Ensure proper and safe packaging before mailing out.
  6. For items above US$70.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  7. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received, inspected and processed the goods.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Upon receiving, inspecting and processing the returned goods, we will arrange for the similar product to be mailed back to you at our expense. Unfortunately, we can only facilitate the exchange of the defective item for a similar item.

If, however, we have sent you the wrong item (or specification) by mistake, we sincerely apologise and will willingly exchange it for the correct item.

Before we mail out the exchanged goods, we will provide you with the shipping details in the aforementioned confirmation email. Depending on your mailing address, the time taken for the arrival of the exchanged goods may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have indicated in the RA form that you would like a full refund for the goods (instead of an exchange), credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (subject to the conditions of the payment intermediaries). Similarly, a confirmation email will be sent to you after we have processed the refund request.

Sale items (if applicable)

Items that were purchased during a promotional sale (i.e. sale items) do not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. However, items that are discounted (i.e. through a discount code), are eligible for the 30 day return policy.
